Real Estate Support

Listings, leads and transaction files handled while you are out showing homes.

Your real estate VA takes the desk work off agents, teams, investors and property managers. They prep listings, follow up with leads in your CRM, keep transaction files moving in Dotloop or SkySlope, schedule showings and vendors, and send a daily list of what needs your signature or your call.

Real Estate Support: common questions.

Anything we have not covered, ask us on the discovery call.

Ask a question
Does my VA need a real estate license?

Not for the admin and coordination work described here. Anything that requires a license, such as showing property, negotiating or advising on price, stays with you. Rules vary by state, so check with your broker.

Can the VA work in my brokerage's systems?

Yes. They work in your CRM, transaction platform and email under access you grant, following your brokerage's compliance checklist. You can remove that access at any time.

Do you support investors and property managers too?

Yes. Investor support covers lead lists, skip tracing, seller follow-up and deal files. Property management support covers tenant communication, work orders and owner reports.

Can my VA call leads for me?

Yes, for follow-up and appointment setting within your state and brokerage rules, including Do Not Call checks. For high-volume outbound prospecting, a dedicated cold caller is usually the better fit.

How is pricing set?

You can keep an ongoing seat billed by the hour, or book a one-time project at one fixed price. Pricing depends on hours and scope. We quote it on the discovery call once we know your market and deal flow.
